We aim to work mostly with eco-friendly hotels, lodges, restaurants, guides so we can spread the benefits of tourism to all members

Tours are done in small group basis, focusing on safety protocols and authenticy

Day 1: Arrive

Welcome to ARGENTINA. Our tour begins with a private transfer from airport to your hotel.
We will check in at your hotel located at Recoleta neighborhood, after we will have you a quick briefing about the adventure ahead

Day 2: Buenos Aires + Tango show

This day starts early!!
We will pick you up from your hotel and go for a comprehensive city tour, including Plaza de Mayo (May Square), surrounded by the Government House (Casa Rosada), the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Cabildo (City Hall from the colonial period).
The tour continues to the traditional San Telmo district, and the picturesque, La Boca italian neighborhood where a stop will be made. The tour continues through recently recycled Puerto Madero to Palermo Gardens, and finally to elegant Recoleta, with its fashionable shops and restaurants.
Time to get back to the hotel and rest for a couple of hours.
Then, in the evening we will pick you up to go for a delicious dinner followed by an excellent Tango and Folklore Show.

Day 3: Buenos Aires - Ushuaia

End of world Transfer to Aeroparque Airport in Buenos Aires to catch our flight to Ushuaia.
Arrive to Ushuaia, transfer to our hotel and afternoon visit to the Tierra del Fuego National Park.
Departure by National Route Nr 3 in south-west direction, skirting Beagle Channel. We will make a stop at the old End of the World Railway Station for those who want to make this trip, on a narrow path train, going through the valleys for about 20 minutes. (Access to the train is just wide enough for a regular manual wheelchair. Clients will transfer manually to regular seat, while inside the train).
Then, once in the National Park, we will go on to Ensenada Bay, here Redonda Island can be seen. We will go across woods where we will observe the local flora and fauna, still we arrive at Lapataia Bay, the southernmost point of the continent.
Return to Ushuaia. Note: Buenos Aires – Ushuaia (3-hour flight not included)

Day 4: Ushuaia

Lighthouse at UshuaiaToday prepare to discover this cute town.
We will visit the Ushuaia Navy Base where is located the old prision closed in 1947, the end of the world museum, Saint Christopher tugboat, the parish “Our Lady of Mercy”, the Monument to the fallen in Malvinas war.
Lunch will be served in a local restaurant.
Fort the afternoon we will head towards the tourist pier to sail Beagle Channel, observing Argentinian coasts and Navarino Island on the opposite side (Chile). We will arrive at Les Eclaireurs Headlight, Ushuaia’s emblem.
Arrival back to Ushuaia. (access to boat is done with ramps, which are approx. 75 cm wide).

Day 5: Ushuaia - El Calafate

Now we fly to El Calafate. Once arrive to El Calafate our guide and transportation will be waiting for us.
Then we will drive for 25 minutes approx. to the town El Calafate and check in at our hotel.
We will have some time on our own to settled in and then go for a quick walk around and dinner.

Day 6: El Calafate

Perito Moreno glaciarWe start early!
Trasnfer from El Calafate to Port of Punta Bandera (45 km away).
We will board a catamarán (access to boat via ramp), where we will sail across Argentino lake, until we reach the Upsala glaciar, which presents many icebergs as we get closer to it.
Then we will continue until we reach Spegazzini Glaciar, which descends from the mountains to the lake, which is a perfect frame for a great picture. We will have a box lunch on the catamarán and return to Puerto Bandera, where we will take our vehicle and drive towards the Perito Moreno glaciar.
Pertio Moreno is an impressive natural wonder. It has more than 200 foot (60 meters) height of ice walls, which are so close to you than you can actually feel you are touching it. Access to look out points is all accessible.
Return to El Calafate for dinner.

Day 7: El Calafate - Iguazu

Connecting flight to Buenos Aires in order to connect to flight to Iguazu. Arrive to Iguazu late afternoon – early evening. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 8: Iguazu

Iguazu National ParkTransfer from the hotel to the entrance of the National Park.
The tour continues with the “Upper Circuit”, which offers magnificent panoramic views of the Falls.
The ecological train takes you to the famous Garganta del Diablo, which certainly is the highlight of this tour.
UPPER CIRCUIT: The 800 meters of catwalks are detached from the jungle´s surface so as to protect the fauna by preventing disruption of their natural trails. From this circuit you have an upper view of the falls, enjoying their magnificence with a panoramic view. Tour´s duration 1 hour.
DEVIL´S GORGE: Departing from Cataratas Station, the train goes up to Garganta Station in about 18 minutes. Then a walk along the catwalk. Some 1200 meters over the islands, take you to enjoy the most spectacular sight from the most important balcony: The Devil’s Gorge. Time required: 2 hours.
Return to our hotel to relax at the end of the day.

Day 9: Iguazu

A tour through the Brazilian side of the waterfalls (please consider Visa conditions for Brazil) OR
You can use the day to get to know the city or simply enjoy the gardens and surrounds around hotel.

Day 10: Iguazu - Buenos Aires

Connecting flight to Buenos Aires in order to connect to your international flight.
If time let us, we will have a quick visit to Evita Peron museum. We will provide transportation to connect between airports in Buenos Aires.
End of services.

PACKING LIST IDEAS CLOTHES

- Good, comfortable and strong walking shoes & comfortable walking trousers. - Warm tops for the cool evenings - Small umbrella and / or waterproof jacket or poncho - Bathing suite - Comfortable clothes for the evening. - Copy of your passport and insurance policy. - Sunglasses - Toiletries & wet wipes. - Binoculars if you are interested in the local wildlife – especially birds. - Insect repellent & antihistamines. - Sunblock cream ** Bring any medication you are taking.

About the tour:

- ARGENTINA tour is a program that combines a bit of culture and nature, adventure and leisure.
- It is an all-inclusive basis tour. Transportation, accommodation, certified bilingual guides on all tours, and activities included (meals according to program).
- The hotels we have chosen for you present a good level of accessibility. Some have roll in showers, some have small (5 inches) step to get into showers, grab on bars, but in general they adapt their facilities to host peopleusing a wheelchair.
- LAT4ALL is able to provide a van and/or a bus with portable ramp.
- Individual or assisted manual transfer into seats is required all activities throughout the tour.
- Assistants or help: Argentina is a pretty accessible destination. However if you require assistance to get in and out of vehicle OR push your wheelchair (mostly flat ares), please let us know, so we can coordinate propper assistance.

ARGENTINA ACCESSIBLE EQUIPMENT

For Argentina accessibility to attractions and daily excursions is pretty good. We do not need to use off-road chairs, as locations have a good level of accessiblity.

In terms of transportation, we use:

- For 2 guests, having 1 person with a disability, we use a small SUV type vehicle with access for the wheelchair. Person using the wheelchair can remain in the wheelchair while traveling.
- For groups of 3 or more peole we use VANs (12-16 people), where we install a portable ramp so clients can go in and out of the vehicle. Once inside clients need to do a manual transfer into regular seat.
