From Israel to Galapagos Islands!

Some days ago we hosted an accessible Galapagos tour with a group of 10 friends coming from Israel. Ironically these agency was our first group that travel to Galapagos 8 years ago!!!

All clients used electric scooters for their mobility which was not an impediment to travel through the Amazon and Galapagos in Ecuador.

There were many different experiences during the tour.  We can picture a fresh sea food lunch by the ocean at San Cristobal island to a fancy dinner at Quito overlooking downtown. The tour was filled with adventures such as raft at the Amazon to kayak and snorkel at Galapagos.   It amazes us how clients are able to enjoy these activities independently of age, sex or dissability.

During the kayak and snorkel at Galapagos there were many sea lions in and out of the wáter. We also observed blue footed boobies, marine tortoises and marine iguanas. Just fair to say that being feet away from nature brings joy, happiness and fullfilling memories to all of us involved in the tour.

The Galapagos islands provide many opportunities to have a good understanding of evolution, while have daily close encounters with animals such as sea lions, marine iguanas, blue footed boobies, pelicans, frigates birds, rock crabs, giant tourtles and if lucky even some withe tip sharks.   Talking with one of the clients, he mentioned to feel like in a “Jurassic Park movie”, which in some ways it is a good description of the feeling.
