Our first Machu Picchu Experience
Back in 2014, we had the idea of taking our tours to different location.
One that always remains in people´s head is the mystical Machu Picchu. Of course it was done before by several people, but for us it was our first attempt to bring 14 guest, which 9 of them, had a physical dissability.
Working our way up to Machu-Picchu
As we started the journey in Lima, then moving towards the Sacred Valley, we realized the beauty and breathtaking landscape of PERU as well as friendly people, amazing culture and exquisite meals.
Suddenly we were already discovering Cusco, Maras and Moray, incredible Sacsaywaman ruins, Pisac market
Finally the day came when we took the train at Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes and the bus to Machu Picchu entrance. It was an incredible logistic task, having our off road wheelchairs ready for us at the entrance, proving the route we have marked inside the complex, but finally as we enter the mystical Machu Picchu, our emotions were mixed, some cried, some simply stay silence, and others just were admiring its beuaty.
